Details On Master P’s Son Hercy Miller’s Arrest
PEOPLE reports that on Nov. 27, 2024, Hercy Miller, 24, Brock Felder, 20, and Peter Dadson Jr., 25, each faced theft charges. According to Hot97, police records show that the men took refrigerators worth $1,500 each from the loading dock near the campus bookstore in Cedar City, Utah.
KSLNewsRadio revealed that surveillance cameras captured the alleged crime on Nov. 11. The video shows the athletes loading the refrigerators into their vehicles at a loading dock on campus. Shortly afterward, law enforcement spotted the stolen refrigerators in the apartments of two suspects and in the garage of the third.
Peter Dadson Jr. and Hercy Miller told police they thought the refrigerators were being discarded because they had sat on the loading dock for nearly a month, which led them to believe they could take them. However, Brock Felder said he only helped load the fridges but claimed one of the other men initiated the theft.
Police later arrested all three men, booking them into Iron County Jail. However, authorities released them on Nov. 28. Hercy Miller, who transferred from Louisville last season, is in his first year at Southern Utah University, per PEOPLE.
