Diddy, the first defendant in Jane Doe’s lawsuit, also claims he’s innocent of the rape allegations. A statement from his legal team called the lawsuit and other similar ones from Jane Doe’s lawyer “shameless publicity stunts.”
Jane Doe’s lawsuit marks one of more than ten filed against the super producer in the last year alone. It also follows his latest legal blow regarding his arrest for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution charges.
Last month, Diddy received his third bail denial, which means he will likely spend the holidays inside Brooklyn’s Metro Detention Center. He’s been there since his detainment in September, and his trial isn’t expected to begin until May 2025.
