More than a year after separation and cheating rumors, Remy Ma and Papoose‘s personal business has spilled onto the internet streets. Early Thursday (December 12), the formally nicknamed “Golden Couple” accused each other of cheating throughout their relationship or marriage. Rem also threw boxer Claressa Shields into the mix, exposing her as the girlfriend of Papoose. Shields, who is in the midst of a HUGE Hollywood moment, had a couple of things to say to Ma. And we’ve got the full rundown.

Remy Ma Kicks Off Cheating Accusations

Ma took to Instagram to blast her estranged husband. She first shared a text message thread of an alleged discussion between Papoose and Claressa. In it, they exchanged words about effective communication. Shields allegedly wrote, “You take accountability! You are the one who is married! If you can’t at least sleep on the phone with me or be with me in person…it shouldn’t be a big deal to let me know you made it home safe. Or communicate you fell asleep in the sprinter.” Pa seemingly responded by running down his itinerary, to which Shields then allegedly responded that she didn’t care and he could keep it.

The real tea, though, was in Remy Ma’s capiton. Calling Pap a “dum a*s,” she claimed he fell asleep on the phone with Claressa while lying in her house because he refused to leave. Then, the rapper came for the supposed girlfriend’s neck.

“This b***h supposed to be a world champion boxer and get scary *ss hang up soon as she heard my voice. Nowwww I’m telling everything ohhhh and babygirl u not the only one,” Remy wrote.

In a screenshot shared by The Shade Room, Claressa seemingly slid into the comment section to say, “This can’t be serious. You have 2 boyfriends.” Ma responded, “That’s what he told you, lol.” In a post on her Instagram Stories, Remy continued going in. This time, she came for Claressa Shields, too. She accused the champion boxer of planting “fake stories” about her daily to make her look bad, and Papoose look good.

“I begged @Papoose to put out something to stop the narrative and he kept telling me to just stay quiet that that’s the best thing to do…welp I’m tired oh and he said he would never f**k you r cuz you ugly but don’t worry I saw EVERYTHNG now the world gonna see it since u so tough boo.”

Sha’Carri Seemingly Confirms Having A “Relationship”

While speaking to ESSENCE, Sha’Carri shared that connections with her loved ones and faith is top priority now. In her quote about the topic, she mentioned a “relationship.”

“I feel like in my spirituality, I’m aligning myself with keeping my faith. When it comes to my family, I’ve grown closer to them. I love the fact that in areas of my feminine side, I’m thriving. Connecting with my family, with my relationship, just different things that—I know if I wasn’t an athlete, these things would still make me me.”

If you didn’t know, the athlete came out as bisexual in 2015 on Twitter. Richardson’s last public relationship was with Jamaican track hurdler Janeek Brown from 2019 until 2022. After it ended, Sha’Carri, without naming Brown, seemingly accused her of abuse and theft. Janeek later owned one incident of abuse, and said they had chosen to move on. “I was going through something, I was finding myself,” Janeek reportedly said on Instagram Live.

In the interview, Richardson also opened up about life feeling “brighter” and no longer living in “survival mode.” Instead, she’s stepped into her “divine feminine” and soft life era. Therapy, she told ESSENCE, helped her get there.

Ari wears a strapless look, while Taina wears snakeskin pants with a black v-cut top. The ladies were all smiles, taking shots of alcohol with someone saying “ayeee” off camera. The video had Playa Miami tagged, which is a lil’ hot indoor-outdoor restaurant in South Beach.

Another video shows Herbo lighting what appears to be a joint while Ari and Taina turn up to Sexyy Red on the speakers. He’s seen cracking up as they both give him the middle finger to the iconic “baow baow baow” lyrics.

While Ari danced from a safe distance, Taina and Herbo got a lil’ close while she was throwing it back at one point. A third video shows Ari hugging Taina from the back as they vibed to a song.

It’s unclear when Taina and Ari became cool enough to kick it. However, on Wednesday (December 11), she clocked a social media user who suggested she and Taina coming together was Herbo’s doing. “Lemme call G Herbo and get some advice ….. because my baby mommas woulda been rolling in the club .. it woulda been baddies Louisiana,” @NENOCALVIN wrote on X (formerly Twitter). Fletcher said “aht aht” and cleared the air on the blended family update! 

“Advice on what? He ain’t got shit to do with that. Y’all give n****s too much credit. We two grown a*s women. He didn’t mend or coach us through sh*t. That was all us,” she wrote.

Meanwhile, Taina and Herbo have yet to comment on the surprising link-up. But social media is most definitely popping off with reactions.

Reunion aside, it’s no secret that there’s been tension and animosity amid this trio. In March 2022, Ari dragged Taina on social media over an incident with Yosohn. Taina denied the claims and shared a collage video of moments with Yosohn that later pissed Ari off. Ultimately, Ari doubled down on the abuse claims, and the drama faded into the background.

Luigi Mangione became a household name this week after being charged with the murder of UnitedHealthcare’s CEO. As previously reported, a masked man fatally shot Brian Thompson outside of a New York City Hotel on December 4.

Turns out, the NYPD and prosecutors have collected enough evidence to name Luigi as the masked suspect who used an e-bike to escape the crime scene. He has since been charged with Brian Thompson’s murder. On Tuesday (December 10), new mugshot photos surfaced of the accused.

Evidence Police Used To Bag Luigi Mangione (Updates)

Police in Pennsylvania arrested Luigi Mangione at a McDonald’s on December 9. Luigi was at the fast food joint looking at a laptop while wearing a blue medical mask. Altoona law enforcement pulled up after a tip from an employee. Police later found a mask, a 3D-printed 9mm round ghost gun, and a 3D-printed black silencer for the weapon in his backpack, as well as lots of cash. Then, there was a three-page letter about his dislike for corporate America.

“I do apologize for any strife or traumas but it had to be done. Frankly, these parasites simply had it coming,” one line in the letter reportedly read.

Additionally, the 26-year-old had on similar clothes as the at-large masked shooter and multiple fake IDs, including one traced to the UnitedHealthcare CEO’s attacker. He was officially in custody at about 9:15 a.m. Monday morning.

As previously reported, Luigi Mangione also left a trail of evidence for NYPD officers to discover. A backpack ditched in Central Park. A cell phone ditched at a pedestrian plaza. A water bottle and protein bar wrapper from the Starbucks pit stop he made before allegedly shooting Brian Thompson. The bullets used in the attack had the words “Deny,” “Defend,” and “Depose” engraved.

According to NBC New York, investigators have also linked Luigi Mangione’s fingerprints to some found near the crime scene. However, it’s unclear which items contain the fingerprints.

As mentioned, a screenshot put Tina in the viral bucket with her son-in-law on Monday (December 9. Her Instagram account was caught liking a post ABC7Chicago shared about the lawsuit against Jay-Z. The headline read: “Breaking News Jay-Z, Diddy Named in Lawsuit Alleging Rape Of Girl, 13.” One screenshot reposted by The Shade Room shows the post had 341 comments and over 2,400 likes, including Tina Knowles’.

On Monday, Knowles cleared the air with an Instagram feed post. Her note was timestamped: “December 9, 2024, at 1:47 PM” and 1:49 PM. Unlike her son-in-law’s response to the lawsuit, Mama Tina kept her statement short and straightforward.

“I was hacked! As you all know I do not play about my family. So if you see something uncharacteristic of me, just know that it is not me!”

Jane Doe’s lawsuit marks one of more than ten filed against the super producer in the last year alone. It also follows his latest legal blow regarding his arrest for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution charges.

Last month, Diddy received his third bail denial, which means he will likely spend the holidays inside Brooklyn’s Metro Detention Center. He’s been there since his detainment in September, and his trial isn’t expected to begin until May 2025.

Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of Jane Doe, who claims that Jay and Sean “Diddy” Combs raped her more than 20 years ago. According to TMZ, the court docs claim Jane Doe was 13 at the time of the alleged assault.

1. Lawsuit Says Sexual Assault Happened In 2000

As mentioned, the woman at the center of the lawsuit is suing anonymously. According to NBC News, she first filed the lawsuit in the Southern District of New York in October and only named Diddy. That changed on Sunday with a refile that now includes Jay-Z. She is seeking unspecified damages. 

Jane Doe’s lawsuit explains that the assault happened after a friend dropped her off at Radio City Music Hall for the MTV Video Music Awards. She did not have a ticket for the show but tried to find her way inside the venue or to an afterparty by approaching different limousines. Ultimately, a driver of one invited her to an afterparty allegedly said Jane Doe “fit what Diddy was looking for” and instructed her to return for pick-up later in the night.

After a 20-minute ride, the lawsuit claims Jane Doe arrived at the house. Before entering, she reportedly signed a document, which she now believes was an NDA, and did not get a copy. Upon entering, the then 13-year-old saw guests, including celebrities, using cocaine and marijuana. At one point, she took an offered drink that allegedly made her feel “woozy, lightheaded” and went into a room to lie down.

While in there, the woman claims Diddy entered the room with Jay-Z and said, “You are ready to party.” The lawsuit claims Jay removed her clothes, held her down, and raped her while Combs and a female celebrity watched. Afterward, Combs did the same while Jay and the woman observed. She allegedly stopped Diddy from forcing her to perform oral sexual assault by hitting him in the neck. After the incident, Jane Doe says she grabbed her clothes, left the party, and found her way to a gas station to call her dad.

2. Jay-Z Pops OFF On Woman’s Lawyer Tony Buzbee

Within hours of the lawsuit reaching the internet, Jay-Z cleared the air via a lengthy statement. The New York City icon questioned Tony’s credibility, declared his innocence,e and expressed hurt for his wife, Beyoncé, and their three kids. Jay began his statement by alleging that his lawyer received a “blackmail attempt” in the form of a demand letter.

“What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle. No, sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!! These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.”

It’s unclear if Royal is Deven’s first child or not. In her Instagram caption, the rapper called their son’s birth “love at first sight.”

Roommates, it’s not looking too sweet for TikTok with 2025 around the corner! On Friday (December 6), a federal appeals court panel unanimously upheld a law that could lead to a ban on TikTok in a few weeks, per AP News.

This latest ruling is a blow to the app and its parent company’s fight to remain active in the U.S. More than one hundred million Americans use the video-based social networking app.

More Details On Latest Ruling About TikTok Ban Or Sale Law

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit denied TikTok’s petition to overturn the law. The legislation requires TikTok to break ties with its China-based parent company, ByteDance. If not, the U.S. will ban its use in the country by mid-January. In response, the company previously argued that the law violates its First Amendment rights. However, the appeals court served those claims in Friday’s ruling.

“The First Amendment exists to protect free speech in the United States,” Judge Douglas Ginsburg wrote in the court’s opnion. “Here the Government acted solely to protect that freedom from a foreign adversary nation and to limit that adversary’s ability to gather data on people in the United States.”

The appeals court panel—two Republican and one Democrat-appointed judge—heard oral arguments in September. The hearing lasted more than two hours. On Friday, all three judges denied TikTok’s petition.

What Happens Next?

The next move for TikTok and ByteDance — another plaintiff in the lawsuit — is to appeal to the Supreme Court. However, it’s unclear whether the court will take up the case. Still, Michael Hughes, a spokesperson for the app, remains confident the platform will win the war despite losing this court battle.

“The Supreme Court has an established historical record of protecting Americans’ right to free speech, and we expect they will do just that on this important constitutional issue,” Hughes said in a statement. “Unfortunately, the TikTok ban was conceived and pushed through based upon inaccurate, flawed, and hypothetical information, resulting in outright censorship of the American people.”

If the sale or ban law stays in place, Hughes said over 170 million Americans’ voices will be silenced come January 19th, 2025.

Lawyers for the two companies have also claimed it’s impossible to divide the platform commercially and technologically. They say any sale of TikTok without the coveted algorithm would disconnect the U.S. version from other global content.

Where Do President Biden & President-Elect Trump Stand On The Ban?

Though the case is in the court system, it’s also possible Donald Trump could give the two companies a presidential helping hand. He tried to ban the app during his first term. However, during his presidential campaign, he shared that he’s now against the law.

While Trump initially spoke out against TT, President Joe Biden ultimately signed the terms into law in April. The app has long been the cause of tension in Washington over concerns about it being a national security threat.

The U.S. has said it’s concerned about TikTok collecting large amounts of user data. For example, there’s concern sensitive information like viewing habits could be studied and forced shared with the Chinese government. There’s also concern about the government’s influence over TikTok’s algorithm.

TikTok has previously denied that Beijing could use it to spy on or manipulate Americans. In May, it sued the U.S. Company attorneys have accurately pointed out that the U.S. hasn’t provided evidence to show that the company handed over user data to the Chinese government or manipulated content for Beijing’s benefit in the U.S. Additionally, they say the law is only based on future risks.

TikTok has already reportedly invested more than $2 billion to bolster protections around U.S. user data.
