Rachel Tucker Details Her Claims Against Zach Erdem
According to Carter, Tucker had enjoyed a beach day with her friends in the Hamptons before they decided to visit 75 Main. While there, Tucker and her friends were allegedly asked to move their table. Furthermore, a white family seated nearby allegedly complained about Tucker’s hair being “too big.”
“As soon as I sat down, within five minutes, a man came over to me and said, ‘We have to move you because your hair is too big, and it’s in the way of the table behind you,” Tucker explained to Carter, referring to Erdem.
Ultimately, Tucker and her friends were moved to an outdoor table at the restaurant.
“By the time that I had gotten outside, it had kicked into me what was happening to me and why I was actually being moved. And I think it was just a little shocking that my hair would be an issue in 2024,” Tucker said.
Feeling racially profiled, Tucker told her server she was reluctant to pay the bill for the dinner. In turn, Erdem allegedly threatened to call the cops on her and her friends, and Tucker reluctantly paid for the service.
