The Shade Room previously published an article about penis enhancements on its website and social media accounts. The article and links to the article included a picture of Curtis J. Jackson, III p/k/a 50 Cent juxtaposed with an image of a faceless male obtaining a penile enhancement procedure, with a euphemistic eggplant emoji covering the exposed groin area. The Shade Room has since deleted that article and social media posts and wants to make it abundantly clear that 50 Cent did not have penis enhancement surgery or any other procedure to augment his genitals and any implication to the contrary is false.

According to law enforcement testimony at the preliminary hearing for the capital murder charges against Darius Miles and Michael “Buzz” Davis, Alabama’s freshman basketball star Brandon Miller brought the gun used to kill 23-year-old Jamea Jonae Harris after his friend Darius texted and asked him to do so.

AL.com reports that Miles had contacted Miller and asked him to bring his gun to the scene, and when Miller arrived, Miles informed Davis that “the heat is in the hat,” indicating that a gun was present. Miles also mentioned that “there’s one in the head,” which meant that a round was in the chamber.

No Charges For Brandon Miller Bringing Loaded Gun To Alleged Killer

Miller’s windshield was struck twice by gunfire during the incident, and Jaden Bradley, another Alabama basketball player, was also present at the scene. While Miles and Davis are charged in the killing, Miller has not been charged with any crime related to the incident.

Tuscaloosa chief deputy D.A. Paula Whitley stated that Miller could not be charged as there was nothing to charge him with under the law. Alabama coach Nate Oats confirmed that Miller was “not in any trouble” and had not been involved in any prior trouble.

Miles & Davis Denied Bond

During the hearing, both Miles and Davis’ attorneys requested their clients be released on bond, stating that they acted in self-defense. Miles’ mother, Tracy Harris, and Davis’ mother, Annie Davis, testified that they would ensure their sons abided by all bond conditions and showed up for future court hearings. The judge ruled that there was sufficient evidence against Miles and Davis to send the case to the grand jury for consideration of indictment and denied their request for bond.

The two defendants remain held without bond in the Tuscaloosa County Jail, and both sobbed at the end of the court hearing.

Harris, a mother of a young son, was visiting Tuscaloosa when she was fatally shot in the early hours of January 15. According to Tuscaloosa police Capt. Jack Kennedy, the shooting appears to have resulted from a minor argument between the victims and suspects after encountering each other along The Strip.

The winter release will consist of 12 cuts and a single feature from Ania Hoo. The former Rick Ross collaborator said that the LP’s title and theme stems from a classic drama based on the life of boxing legend Rocky Graziano, he tells Revolt.

“My new album is inspired by the 1956 film Somebody Up There Likes Me… the music follows similar themes that are in the movie and me knowing throughout my life and career [that] I am loved and protected.”

Stalley Self-Directs Video For “Fresh Linen”

Today, the proud muslim rapper premiered a new visual from the forthcoming effort for “Fresh Linen” in partnership with Mello Music, described as a “laid-back, airy vibe full of uplifting bars about finding peace and happiness amid today’s chaos.”

The exhausting struggle between late rapper Nipsey Hussle’s family and the mother of his child, Tanisha Foster continues as his family attempts to block Foster from having full custody of 13-year-old Emani, Radar reports.

Nipsey’s family asked a court this week to deny Tanisha Foster’s request she originally submitted in 2019 to have custody of their daughter. They point out the mother admitted to issues with substance abuse and alcohol in the same year she made the request, 2019.

Allegedly, Foster’s substance use was confirmed by Nipsey’s sister Samantha and a Children’s Social Worker named Rosa. The outlet says her admission was included in a Probate Investigator’s Report that was field with the court.

Nipsey’s sister previously told the court that in May 2019, Tanisha allegedly showed up at Emani’s school under the influence.

It was recommended in the report that Tanisha not be appointed due to alleged issues with alcohol. Being unemployed at the time and having no stable housing were also contributing factors—as were he multiple evictions.

While Tanisha may now have stable housing, they say she still remains “unsuitable” to act as guardian of Emani’s estate. Investigator also noted that Tanisha struggled with periods of homelessness and refused to identify her boyfriend at the time, or any other people she lived with.

Not all hope is lost for Tanisha, who wrote in her 2019 declaration for her daughter back that she still is there to take Emani to school.

“I have continued to be an active part of Emani’s life. She spends the night with me often, I take her to school, and I continue to do the things a parent would do with their child. I am very unhappy that the guardians will not take my calls. They have blocked me on their cell phones. I have to go through a third party or Emani to communicate with the guardians.”

She added,

“There are no circumstances or events in my life that would disqualify me for regaining my exclusive role as Emani’s parent. There is no longer any need for guardianship. Emani routinely asks me when are she and I going to be able to live together. She longs to be with me as her mother. I am begging the court to terminate the existing guardianship.”

Nipsey left behind Emani, and a son named Kross who he had with his girlfriend Lauren London. The two children are the only beneficiaries of the estate and are expected to receive at least $2 million. Both families are expected to face off in court early next year.

Prayers up for “Basketball Wives” star Brooke Bailey, who revealed she is mourning the loss of her daughter, Kayla Bailey, who tragically passed over the weekend. The Shade Room has exclusively learned that Kayla passed away in a car accident In Memphis, Tennessee, early Sunday morning.

Memphis police shared details of the crash involving Kayla and one other passenger, a male driver, on Sunday, September 25, around 3:17 a.m. According to the crash report, Kayla and the driver of a Mercedes Benz S550 died in a crash with a commercial tractor-trailer. Kayla and the driver were both wearing seat belts during the impact, as the report also revealed that the Mercedes traveling 65 miles per hour hit the tractor-trailer from behind.

Brooke Bailey Pays Tribute To Kayla On Instagram

The 45-year-old mother announced the news of Kayla’s passing on Instagram. Sharing a photo compilation, Bailey included candid family moments and some of her daughter’s baby pics. Bailey also paid tribute to Kayla in the caption while revealing the news of the 25-year-old’s untimely death to the public.

“Forever my baby, Pretty Black aka Kayla Nicole Bailey. This is not a goodbye. Mommy will see you soon.”

Brooke also changed the bio on her Instagram, adding another tribute to her daughter’ writing:

“FOREVER Kayla Nicole Bailey 3/2/97-9/25/22 #PrettyBlack.”

According to Kayla’s Instagram stories that had not yet expired on Sunday, she was out and about with friends in the hours before her untimely passing.

Kayla Bailey appeared on her Instagram story in a nightclub with a friend named Gabby, who was seemingly celebrating a birthday. Commenters left “rest in peace” under Gabby’s photos. So far, there’s no confirmation that Gabby also has passed away.

Brooke Bailey is best known for her appearance on Basketball Wives: LA. She appeared in earlier seasons and most recently on the show’s latest season. She started her career as a professional model, appearing on the covers of Smooth Magazine and Low Rider Magazine.

Before fame, Bailey became mother after high school after giving birth to her daughter at nineteen, according to multiple sources. Bailey has three children, one daughter and two sons.
