Here’s What The Atlanta Mom Allegedly Used The Oven For In Alleged Actions Against Her 1-Year-Old & 2-Year-Old Sons
According to the outlet, on October 13, 2017, Williams made a call to police, alleging she had come home from work and found her two toddler sons dead. Per 11Alive, Williams’ three-year-old, Jameel Penn Jr., had also been found. However, he was unharmed.
Initially, Williams reportedly blamed their death on an alleged caretaker. However, police later found her claim to be false.
“When I came in, the stove was laying on my son, on my youngest son’s head, and my other son was laid out on the floor with his brains laid out on the floor,” Williams allegedly told police, per the New York Post.
Per 11Alive, investigators determined that Williams placed Ja’Karter Penn and Ke’Yaunte Penn in a hot oven sometime after midnight on October 12, 2017. Furthermore, the boys’ autopsies reportedly showed they had been burned. Meanwhile, the boys’ father, Jameel Penn, revealed that Williams had called him amid her alleged actions and “showed him live video of… the children lying lifeless on the floor.”
“It was like a real horror movie,” Penn told WSB-TV at the time. “It was Friday the 13th.”
Per the New York Post, Williams’ mother, Brenda, reportedly expressed that Lamora had an extensive history of mental illness. Additionally, Williams’ sister, Tabitha Hollingsworth, explained that the death of the toddlers could’ve been prevented.
“This was something we saw that could possibly happen,” Hollingsworth told WSB-TV in 2017. “She’s had issues from a baby. Issues my mom tried to address with the state of Georgia.”

A Florida Woman Has Been Charged For Her Alleged Actions Against Her Kids
Lamora Williams isn’t the only mother to find herself making headlines for her alleged actions toward her children. As The Shade Room previously reported, earlier this month, a Florida woman named Esther Thelus was charged with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder. This occurred after she allegedly set herself, her two-year-old son, and her infant son on fire.
According to reports, Thelus used gasoline purchased from a 7-Eleven to spark the out, which led to the death of her infant son. Furthermore, reports asserted that the matter was prompted by a custody disagreement with the father of her 2-year-old.
